Client platforms, live in production.
We replace the off-the-shelf tools our clients have outgrown with platforms their customers, members, and teams actually enjoy using. Here is that work, running right now.
Products built to move businesses forward
Each of these replaced a limiting software subscription, a patchwork of disconnected tools, or a manual process that didn't scale. Every decision (from the data model to the last hover state) is ours, so the results are too.
Hidaya Coffee
A custom storefront for a specialty coffee roaster that cared about design as much as coffee.
Hidaya moved from its hosted storefront because templates and add-on sprawl could not support the premium brand they wanted to build. We delivered a custom e-commerce platform with catalog, checkout, subscriptions, rewards, customer dashboards, blog, and admin, all tuned to feel like a luxury brand from first scroll to order confirmation.
Al Azhar Foundation
One platform that replaced six, covering programs, donations, rentals, membership, TV, and more.
Al Azhar was running on a stitched-together mix of event registration, payments, email campaigns, a separate donation tool, spreadsheets, and a static website. We consolidated everything into a single platform with 33 data models covering prayer times, education enrollment, recurring donations, facility rentals, membership, volunteer management, an admin console, and a live TV display system for the prayer hall.
SG Property Management
A complete tenant and manager platform with automated billing, ACH, and investor payouts.
SG was managing buildings across spreadsheets, Zelle, paper checks, and email threads. We shipped a full property management system: tenants pay rent (card, ACH, Zelle, cash, check) and submit maintenance requests; managers run leases, charges, late fees, and daily financial reports. Investor payouts run automatically, building by building.
More specialized platforms we've shipped
Narrower scope, same bar for quality. Each one live, in daily use, and maintained.
A unified competition and event platform
End-to-end registration for teams, sponsors, and vendors. Handled the event's full operations flow from first signup through check-in day.
