Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sahab Tasks ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Sahab Tasks is developed and operated by Sahab Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

Sahab Tasks is a web-based task management application that provides:

  • Task creation and management
  • Task completion tracking
  • Light and dark theme options
  • Progressive Web App (PWA) installation
  • Local data storage in your browser

No Account Required

Sahab Tasks can be used without creating an account. Your data is stored locally in your browser. This means:

  • You can start using the app immediately
  • Your data stays on your device
  • Clearing browser data will remove your tasks
  • Data does not sync across devices by default

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our servers
  • Use automated scripts to access the App

Intellectual Property

The Sahab Tasks app, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Sahab Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App

User Data

You retain ownership of the tasks and data you create in Sahab Tasks:

  • Your task data is stored locally in your browser
  • You are responsible for backing up important data
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to browser issues or device problems

Pricing

Sahab Tasks is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do:

  • We will provide advance notice
  • Core free functionality may remain available
  • Existing users will be notified of any changes

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sahab Tasks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of any information
  • Compatibility with all browsers or devices
  • Security of locally stored data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahab Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Any damages arising from your use of the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sahab Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Service Availability

We strive to keep Sahab Tasks available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sahab Solutions regarding Sahab Tasks.
